About Ladder Game
Write 2 to 8 player names and results (a prize, a chore, who pays), then start: a new ladder appears. Tap a name to draw that player's path down, or press Run to send everyone down at once.
Every start makes a new ladder, and you can reshuffle anytime. Players are fixed to their lines before the shuffle, so nobody can pick a lucky line by looking. Share the link in a group chat and everyone rides the same ladder. Names and results stay in this browser; no account needed.
Is it fair?
Yes. Rungs are placed with the browser's cryptographic random numbers, and a ladder always pairs each player with exactly one result.
Is this the same as Ghost Leg or Amidakuji?
Yes. It's the same lottery: called Ghost Leg in Chinese-speaking regions, Amidakuji in Japan and sadari-tagi (ladder climbing) in Korea.
